Y'ever notice how all the truly disgusting sexual acts -- the Detroit High-Five, the Cleveland Steamer, the Cincinnati Bowtie -- are all named after Great-Lakes-area rust-belt industrial centers? I'm trying to think of the next great deviant-sex-act slang term, and I think I've settled on "Toledo Cummerbund" -- I just haven't decided which deviant activity goes with it.
