Co-Number Two:
- 3. USC
- 4. Louisville
- 5. West Virginia
- 6. Florida
- 7. Texas
- 8. Michigan
- 9. LSU
- 10. Iowa
- 11. Georgia
- 12. Notre Dame
- 13. Oregon
- 14. Virginia Tech
- 15. Arizona State
Observations:
- Auburn and Ohio State might as well be co-Number-Ones, but any way I can stick it to that pathetic cheating-laden shithole I’m gonna take it. I’ll leave it to you to decide which school I’m talking about.
- I hate to say it, but I have a feeling we’re going to be seeing USC in the national title game again. The thought of which undoubtedly gives Mark May an erection.
- I really, really wanted to put LSU ahead of Michigan, but I’m gonna let the Wolverines enjoy their stay at #8 before their inevitable collapse and another 4-loss season.
- Unlike Doug, I put Georgia ahead of Notre Dame. While UGA hasn’t been spectacular offensively and hasn’t played the same caliber of teams as the Irish, Georgia gets the nod because Stafford’s INT’s haven’t killed his team’s chances the way Brady Quinn’s did.
- Florida and West Virginia are both undefeated, but in my opinion LSU and Texas have looked better. Everywhere except their records, anyway.
Get well soon, David.
