Observations:
- I had to drop UGA at least a spot, as much as I hated moving them below Notre Dame. The Irish are hard to figure out; will they be a first-three-quarters-of-the-Michigan-State-game team or a fourth-quarter-of-the-Michigan-State-game team the rest of the season?
- The Sun Devils drop after getting pasted by Cal. The Bears are right around 16 or 17 now.
- You could put my 4-9’s in a hat and randomly draw ‘em out and most people wouldn’t argue too much.
- Clemson hops back in thanks to a convincing victory over UNC. A bigger test than most people realize comes in two weeks when the Tigers travel to Winston-Salem to take on the 4-0 Demon Deacons. Nutty.
- Speaking of the Deacs, they manhandled UGA’s next opponent, Ole Miss, last week. Normally I’d say that bodes well for the Dawgs, but after last Saturday I’m just gonna shut up.
