Podcast #1 Comments and Corrections

By now you’ve undoubtedly listened to the first podcast of the season at least three, maybe four times in order to assure yourself that you’ve caught every word, every tidbit, every nugget of valuable SEC information (if you haven’t yet why not?).

However, I would be remiss to note a few things here that were left out or just plain wrong so here’s Podcast #1’s Comments and Corrections…

SEC Starting QB’s:

Georgia: Matt Stafford
Florida: Tim Tebow
Tennessee: Jonathan “Straightoutta” Crompton
South Carolina: Tommy Beecher (although Smelley is still there and is currently #2 on the depth chart)
Kentucky: It was supposed to be Curtis Pulley. Instead it’s Mike Hartline.
Vanderbilt: Likely to be Chris Nickson, although there’s 3 other guys who might see time.
LSU: Andrew Hatch
Alabama: JP Wilson
Auburn: Kodi Burns and Chris Todd (Chris Todd. No wonder I couldn’t remember his name)
Ole Miss: Jevan Snead (Lightbulb! He was the guy who transferred from Texas)
Arkansas: Casey Dick
Miss State: ~~Sean Glennon~~ Wesley Carroll

Corrections

Brent Schaeffer is not, in fact, still at Ole Miss
Auburn’s new offensive coordinator is Tony Franklin, not ESPN broadcaster Ron Franklin

And finally, kudos to Scott for knowing that N.C. State’s current head coach is in fact Tom O’Brien.
