My Friend The Rock Star
My friend Luci is now the keyboardist extraordinaire for Moby's tour band. Not only that, she's prominently featured in his latest video "Lift Me Up". The thing about this is that I never ever even once was even remotely surprised that Luci got this opportunity... the girl has got talents above and beyond most people and grabs on to chances with both hands. *Sniff* I feel like a proud parent...
I just hope she remembers where this all began... Polo Club #1, Athens, GA. Yours truly on drums, Chip Houston on guitar, Luci on keyboards, rippin' through a kickass rendition of "Light My Fire" ("Lift Me Up", "Light My Fire"... coincidence?):
